Hi-Res Bluetooth
The built-in Bluetooth aptX HD feature frees the Alva ST from the constraints of wired connections, allowing you to place the turntable on any flat surface. Stream music to compatible Bluetooth devices, including headphones, at up to 24bit/48kHz Hi-Res quality. If you prefer a wired setup, simply use phono cables for a direct connection.
Integrated Phono Stage
The Alva ST includes an integrated phono stage derived from the award-winning Alva Duo, revealing incredible detail from your records. This means you can connect the Alva ST to any amplifier or compatible speaker system. You can also deactivate the phono stage if your amplifier already has one, giving you flexibility and keeping upgrade options open.
MM Cartridge Pre-installed
The Alva ST comes with a pre-installed Audio Technica Moving Magnet cartridge, carefully selected after hours of listening tests. This means there’s no fiddly setup required, and you can start playing records almost immediately. The elliptical stylus ensures accurate tracking of your records' grooves, delivering great-sounding music.
Belt Drive
The Alva ST uses a reliable belt-drive mechanism with electronic motor speed control. Once the belt is connected for the first time, you won't need to look under the platter again. Speed selection is made via two electronic buttons on the ST's aluminum top surface, allowing you to effortlessly switch between 33.3 and 45 RPM.
Aluminium, Tuned
The Alva ST’s platter is die-cast from aluminum and finished by CNC to ensure a perfectly level and smooth surface. The 17mm high platter is topped with a 5mm rubber mat, a combination that effectively reduces unwanted resonance for better sound quality.
All-New Tonearm
The Alva ST features a high-mass, low-resonance tonearm designed to minimize resonant frequencies and retrieve maximum detail from your records. A detachable die-cast aluminum headshell makes it easy to swap cartridges, and the new anti-skating dial allows for precise adjustments.
Designed for Life
Built to last, the Alva ST features a 1mm aluminum top plate and a layer of EVA to absorb vibrations, all housed in a composite chassis. Weighing 9kg, it offers solid build quality and great sound absorption, ensuring it will be a reliable part of your setup for years to come.
