I purchase the Poly Savi 7310-M because I work from home and spend a lot of time in meetings. I wanted to walk around the house during the meeting and be able to mute/unmute myself while away from the PC. This device definitely meets these requirements.Range: The range is very good. My computer is in the basement of our townhouse, and I have no problem with the connection when I’m on the second floor.Comfort: It’s pretty comfortable, but my ear will start to ache bit after a few hours. The headset itself is not very heavy, but it squeezes my head a little. I purchased the single-ear version, so I just put the headset on my other ear when this starts to happen. My head is on the larger side, so others may not have this issue. This is the one thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars.Sound: The sound is very good for calls. Not that great for music (especially since I have the single-ear version), but I don’t mind because that is not why I purchased it. People that I speak have no problems with the voice quality.Muting: I’ve used this with Teams and Skype. The headset mute works pretty well, although there were a few times that Teams did not recognize the headset mute button press. I was able to work around the problem by clicking unmute in the Teams app and that seemed to sync the headset so I could mute/unmute from the headset again.Battery Life: I’ve worn it for at least 4 or 5 hours without issue. I’ve never used it long enough to drain the battery, so I don’t know if it will last up to 13 hours.I’ve only connected this to my PC, so I don’t have much to say about the other connection types.It’s expensive, but for me it was totally worth it. I would definitely purchase it again.
