I am giving 5 stars bc this is the only headset I could find after 3 tries that actually did what I needed it to do! I wanted to let anyone else who’s looking know that it DOES work with a desk phone that allows for a dongle to plug into it. The sound quality is clear and the mic quality is good as well. Customers can hear me just fine and it doesn’t pick up any background noise and it doesn’t pick up my breathing like other headsets do. It is comfortable - okay to wear all day for work.The only things I wish it had differently is it does not turn off when you hit the power off button and it does not turn off on its own. I have found that when you plug it in to the charger it automatically turns off tho. That is a bit annoying to have to plug it in and then un plug it to turn it off but it does work.The other thing is that there is no audio feedback so I can’t hear myself when I’m talking to the customer. Some people might like that tho. I find with noise canceling headphones, i like to be able to hear myself talking to the customer as well so I know I’m not mumbling or screaming. Not a big deal as the customers haven’t been complaining and everyone seems to hear me just fine.Other than that, I’ve had no issues with the headset. I’ve read some mixed reviews that had steered me away from buying them at first and in the end, I should have bought them as my first purchase! I wanted to share in case anyone else was having similar issues.
