Update: Mojawa totally stands behind their product. After a bit more time, the headphones would charge fine, and connect via USB to download music, but the power button would not turn on. I reached out directly to Mojawa, and they did a warranty replacement quickly. Still swimming with them in MP3 mode, and listening to podcasts etc via Bluetooth. Awesome product.replaced them Had this headphone for 1 year now. It's simply a great design for any music or podcast listening activity, whether it's simply doing household chores or doing laps in the pool! The sound is really, really good - it won't match the sound of a studio recording engineer's needs but is perfect for podcasts and all-around music listening. Now, for expectations, if you expect to use Bluetooth while swimming, it ain't gonna happen. Bluetooth does NOT work underwater AT ALL, and I've tried others that claim it should. Nah. Instead, an easy double-tap and hold of the main button puts it in Mp3 mode. So, expect to travel back in time a bit, connect your Run Plus to your computer via its USB cable, and copy all of your Napster Mp3s, if you still got 'em! I listen to Podcasts mainly, and lots of Podcast apps allow you to download them as Mp3s. When listening in that mode, it's uninterrupted GREAT sound underwater. TIP (and this is not documented well): Quadruple Tap the main button, and it will LOCK the headphone so no water splashes will unintendedly click a button (water has that tendency to mess with touch-sensitive buttons). Choose to where earplugs with or without them, that may make the difference of how you like the sound quality through bone conduction. Then, when on dry land, double tap hold the button to put back in Bluetooth mode and enjoy your music or podcasts from your phone. Love the product, great choice.
