I didn't actually try these in my ear, but the smallest ones are so snug against the earbuds that they can't possibly provide any padding/comfort, so they are pointless.The next smallest ones are the same/very similar in size to ones I could order separately from another company.Including the bigger ones is just wasteful for people who need small ones.
