Well, this bluetooth headset is as pictured and described. The unique shape of the ear piece directs more sound into your ear canal, but also became uncomfortable after about an hour or so. I use mine in my truck as I am a professional big rig trucker. The primary function button on the headset is a contact touch button that I am not a fan of for two reasons: no touch/sensation (feedback) when you press the button, and secondly, you cannot wear gloves or have dirty hands when using or the button won't operate. It needs clean, direct skin contact to function. And when you have to press this button two times for one action, and one time for another, it can get frustrating and confusing because I'm never sure if my press worked. Also, do not adjust this earpiece when on a call or you will lose the call if you accidentally touch this function button, and because no pressure on the button is required to engage it, this is easy to do, But the biggest issue I have had is that two times now, this headset paired to my iPhone using two separate/different connections G1 and G3 ALL BY ITSELF. The headset creates a second bluetooth connection all by itself. And when this happens, you loose all functionality of the headset until you can go into your phone and erase the duplicate bluetooth connection G3. And this is really bad if you need to answer or use your phone and you are unaware that it has done this. Finally, you can only charge the headset in the hard case that is furnished with the headset. I would NOT recommend this product.
